Job summary

F5 is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to act as a trusted technical architect for Fortune 500 enterprises and digital innovators. You will design and champion modern application delivery and security solutions across multi-cloud, hybrid, and edge environments to achieve North America sales targets.

In this role, you will collaborate with Sales Directors, Enterprise/Commercial teams, and Product/Engineering to demonstrate value, validate architectures, and accelerate customer modernization

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering, systems engineering, technical consulting, or equivalent
BS/BA in a technical field or related practical industry experience
Knowledge of securing mobility interfaces, DNS, WAF, and general OSI layers 4–7

Responsibilities

Design, champion, and sell F5 application delivery and security solutions across multi-cloud, hybrid, and edge environments
Lead technical discovery, design validations, and solution demonstrations
Guide customers through modernization journeys and align with product and engineering roadmaps
Bridge security and developer velocity using IaC and CI/CD pipelines
