Job summary

iHeartMedia is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer for AudioGraph, reporting remotely from NY. You will own the technical go‑to‑market, lead complex pre‑sale engagements, and design repeatable playbooks to accelerate deals.

You will work closely with sales, ad ops, and client services, shaping technical narratives and ensuring a seamless client experience from pitch to wrap‑up. Strong communication and cross‑functional skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in solutions engineering, technical account management, or advanced ad operations within programmatic advertising.
• Deep understanding of the programmatic supply chain: bid mechanics, deal structures (PMP/PG/preferred deals).
• Direct experience with major DSPs from a technical integration or partner perspective.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical pre‑sale engagements translating AudioGraph capabilities into solutions.
• Build reusable pitch assets and demo environments for sellers.
• Own the end‑to‑end client lifecycle playbook from first pitch to post‑campaign wrap.
• Inform product roadmap with field feedback and participate in sprint reviews.
