Job summary

TensorWave Inc. is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to act as the escalation anchor between our Global Operations Center and Core Engineering. You will diagnose and resolve high-impact incidents, translate findings into resilient product improvements, and work closely with customer teams during critical outages.

You’ll use kernel-level debugging, high-performance networking, and automation to minimize downtime, while communicating clearly with executive leaders about root causes and fixes.

Qualifications

• 5–9 years in Infrastructure Engineering, Platform Engineering, or SRE with focus on HPC or large-scale AI stacks.
• Kubernetes expertise including cluster administration and scheduler internals; comfortable with controller code.
• Experience diagnosing production issues and translating findings into actionable enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex escalations as the final authority beyond GOC scope.
• Direct customer engagement with technical leads for production issue diagnosis.
• Develop diagnostic scripts and workarounds to maintain operations during patch cycles.
• Drive root cause analysis and post-incident reports with TAMs.
• Convert recurring pain points into feature requests for the product roadmap.
• Document platform behaviors and update runbooks to scale knowledge.
