Job summary

Cisco is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join the Global Enterprise APJC team, supporting two high-impact Japanese global accounts across the Americas. You will translate business priorities into cross-architecture technical strategies spanning AI, Enterprise Networking, Service Provider, Security, Data Center, Cloud, Collaboration and Automation to deliver meaningful business outcomes.

You will partner with Account Executives, Architects, CX teams, partners and stakeholders.

Qualifications

7+ years in solutions engineering, pre-sales or equivalent customer-facing tech role.
Experience designing and positioning enterprise solutions across AI, Networking, Security, Data Center, Cloud, Automation.
Experience leading discovery, design, demos, workshops or POC for large enterprises.

Responsibilities

Engage with customer executives and architects to understand priorities and establish trusted-advisor relationships.
Translate priorities into cross-architecture technical strategies delivering measurable outcomes.
Lead technical discovery, architectural design, presentations, and proof-of-concept activities.
Collaborate with global and regional account teams to develop account strategies across the Americas.
Position Cisco differentiation and drive One Cisco experiences across teams.
