Job summary

ArangoDB, Inc. is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to lead strategic technical engagements with large enterprise customers.

You will architect and present high-impact demos, PoCs/PoTs, and integration strategies across accounts, leveraging Arango’s multi-model database and AI capabilities. You will collaborate with customers to map complex requirements to robust technical solutions, while evangelizing Arango’s AI suite at events and driving client success through trusted relationships and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS or related field; 10+ years in enterprise AI or databases.
Strong Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud-native experience.
Deep experience with vector/NoSQL databases and LLM integration.
Fluency in Python and SQL; map business needs to technical solutions.
Solid understanding of the enterprise sales cycle and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Strategic Account Ownership: drive roadmap and engagement for enterprise opportunities.
Integration Strategy: architect and lead integration plans across accounts.
Technical Leadership: lead engagements with senior technical stakeholders.
Solution Engineering: deliver high-impact demos, PoCs/PoTs showcasing Arango's strengths.
Innovation & Evangelism: build real-world demos using core database and AI capabilities.
Thought Leadership: present at events, write whitepapers, provide product feedback.
Client Success: solve complex technical challenges with reliable solutions.
