Job summary

PubMatic is seeking a Senior Manager, Advertiser Solutions, Sales Engineering to lead technical discovery calls and demos for Activate and AgenticOS, translating complex platform capabilities into compelling business value for agencies, brands, publishers, and data partners.

You will partner with Product Management and Product Marketing to influence the roadmap and validate new features, while shaping sales enablement and training to scale technical selling across the team.

Qualifications

• Exceptional written and spoken communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• 5-7 years in sales engineering, solutions engineering, or pre-sales in ad tech.
• Ability to translate platform capabilities into business value during demos and discussions.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery calls, sales pitches, and demos for Activate and AgenticOS.
• Partner with Product teams to influence the roadmap based on field requirements.
• Create and maintain sales enablement materials and internal training for technical selling.
