Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on with Snowflake or Databricks.
• Experience integrating SAP and Salesforce enterprise or sales data to a Cloud Data Lake.
• Hands-on expertise with SQL, Python, Snowflake, Databricks, ETL tools, and modern data technologies.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale analytics platforms.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Senior Solutions Designer – Hybrid role with an expectation to work an average of 2 days per week from an HPE office.

Design, develop, and optimize enterprise solutions, processes, and analytics that support the end‑to‑end sales lifecycle, including pricing, quoting, order management, invoicing, forecasting, and sales operations.

Compensation and Benefits

Annual salary range: USD 105,500 – 213,500 in California (base salary). Variable incentives may also be offered.
