Job summary

ID Logistics is seeking a Senior Manager, Industrial Engineering & Solutions Design to drive complex warehouse solution design initiatives across our distribution network. This role owns multiple RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs from requirements through implementation handoff, partnering with Operations, Commercial, Finance, IT, and vendors.

Location is Hybrid in John’s Creek, GA with relocation considered. Compensation ranges $104,000–$140,000 plus bonus and full benefits; schedule is M-F with travel as

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in Industrial Engineering or Solutions Design.
• 4+ years managing multiple concurrent solution design projects.
• Experience in 3PL or contract logistics environments.
• Led large-scale solutions with substantial revenue and capital investment.
• Experience delivering complex proposals under tight deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of warehousing operations and layout.

Responsibilities

• Lead 5–20 concurrent solution design projects across RFI/RFQ/RFP.
• Develop facility layouts, labor models, and operating concepts.
• Provide technical and commercial ownership for warehouse solutions.
• Deliver detailed technical and financial proposals on tight timelines.
• Benchmark against standards and test competing scenarios.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage project risk.
