Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• At least 4 years in industrial engineering within a 3PL warehouse or distribution center.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with WMS/production systems.
• Lean/continuous improvement mindset with solid communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Network & facility design: design and update warehouse layouts using AutoCAD; evaluate automation opportunities.
• Analytics, productivity & pricing: perform time studies, analyze data, develop ROI models, support cost estimation.
• Process improvement & operational support: assess warehousing and packaging processes; develop roadmaps and dashboards.
• Stakeholder & vendor management: gather requirements, collaborate with operations and customers; manage external vendors.
• Compliance & safety: follow GMPs and safety rules across sites.
