Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Lead Solutions Design Engineer to grow our Supply Chain Solutions and Dedicated Transportation offerings by designing and winning new business through compelling, data-driven designs.

You will lead cross-functional pursuit teams, develop optimization strategies, and mentor associates while ensuring designs meet Ryder's capabilities and client needs. Simio experience is REQUIRED and a Bachelor's degree is expected.

• Coordinate with pricing and other functions during bids.
• Lead consulting projects and present solutions to customers.
• Support startup and transition of design to operations.
