Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years in solutions consulting, sales engineering, or similar client-facing design work in healthcare.
• Deep expertise in healthcare technology, clinical/operational solutions, or managed care platforms.
• Proven track record leading complex presales engagements including discovery, design, evaluation, and executive-level presentations.
• Experience crafting solution architectures, integration approaches, or other complex designs for enterprise clients.
• Experience evolving processes and standards within a team and collaborating with Product.
• Proficiency with CRM, demonstration, and RFP platforms used in presales.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior resources for employer prospects with enterprise sales alignment.
• Lead executive-level solution demonstrations and narratives across stakeholders.
• Develop tailored solution architectures and value narratives for unique client requirements.
• Lead technical and clinical solution development for RFPs and due diligence processes.
• Define and improve presales standards and documentation for consistency.
