Job summary

Automox, a cloud-native IT operations platform, is hiring for a remote United States-based role focused on customer onboarding, implementation, and optimization to ensure every interaction ends with a happy customer.

You will build lasting customer relationships, proactively drive outcomes, and partner with CSMs to remove barriers and improve adoption. The fully remote team values ownership and a one-team mentality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in customer-facing IT roles.
• Proficient with at least one core OS.
• Experience with patch management for endpoints.
• Scripting ability in PowerShell or Bash to diagnose issues.

Requirements:

• You have 4+ years in a customer-facing technical IT role with expert proficiency in at least one core OS.
• You have production patch management experience and hands-on experience with endpoint tools.
• You are skilled in PowerShell or Bash and can diagnose complex technical issues.
• The base salary range is $110,000 to $140,000 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
