Job summary

Forter is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to join our team in Germany. You will own technical aspects of the sales cycle, present Forter’s fraud prevention and e‑commerce optimization solutions, and collaborate with Sales, Implementation and Product teams to define value-based use cases for enterprise customers.

You will deliver technical demonstrations, conduct solution deep dives, and articulate Forter’s integration approach to remove barriers and drive successful engagements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a pre-sales engineering role with an enterprise B2B product in e-commerce.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce, fraud prevention, identities, and payments.
• Experience with cloud technologies and APIs related to merchant solutions.
• Excellent written and oral communication for senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• Present Forter's fraud prevention and commerce optimization solutions clearly to technical and business audiences.
• Collaborate with Sales and Business Development to deliver technical insights during the sales process.
• Conduct deep-dive sessions with clients to map goals to Forter capabilities and metrics.
• Articulate Forter's integration approach and scope projects with quality focus.
• Share client feedback with Product/R&D and help shape roadmap insights.
