Arkose Labs is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to lead technical conversations with customers, run proofs of value, and drive deals to technical win and closure. You will partner with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to map the most effective fraud-prevention solutions.

As a product expert, you will apply web-technology knowledge to design solutions, mentor teammates, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to scale Arkose Labs’ value while upholding

Qualifications

• Ability to deliver compelling presentations to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience selling enterprise solutions to cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of web technologies and development.
• Curious, consultative approach to solving customer challenges.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to navigate multi-stakeholder opportunities.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders from individual contributors to C-level executives.
• Drive the customer discovery process and uncover critical business pain.
• Prepare and deliver value-based demonstrations linking solutions to customer objectives.
