Job summary

Ryan is seeking a Senior Consultant, Business Solutions to partner with internal and external stakeholders, analyze processes, and design scalable solutions that drive operational efficiency and client value.

This role performs detailed requirements analysis, process design, data evaluation, solution configuration, testing, and documentation to support successful delivery of business and technology initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, information systems, technology or related field.
• Minimum of three years in consulting, business analysis, technology implementation or related services.
• Experience translating complex processes into actionable solutions.
• Experience supporting project delivery, including documentation, testing, and stakeholder coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify business challenges and design scalable solutions to improve efficiency.
• Analyze processes and systems, perform requirements analysis and data evaluation.
• Configure, test, and document solutions to support delivery.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure high-quality client outcomes.
• Maintain proactive client communications and provide status updates.
• Collaborate across internal teams and global counterparts.
