Qualifications

• 5+ years in a client-facing role combining presales and consulting.
• Experience in enterprise SaaS, life sciences, healthcare, supply chain, or complex enterprise tech.
• Strong ability to link technical solutions to business outcomes.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes and transformation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with executives and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through their supply chain transformation journey with trusted advisory support.
• Lead structured discovery sessions and map current-state processes and end-to-end planning and execution.
• Translate requirements into future-state operating models and transformation roadmaps.
• Design and deliver product presentations, technical workshops, and value-focused engagements.
• Position AI-enabled supply chain solutions in terms of operational and financial outcomes.
• Collaborate with value engineering to build compelling business cases.
