Job summary

Capgemini Invent in Dallas seeks a Senior Consultant to help clients reimagine logistics and supply chain ops. You will design future-ready networks, enable data-driven decisions, and apply GenAI to drive efficiency and resilience.

You will lead cross-functional workstreams across transportation, warehousing, and distribution, delivering measurable business outcomes for global clients and expanding your advisory impact.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of consulting and/or industry experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.
• Proven ability to lead workstreams and deliver analytics‑driven insights.
• Strong understanding of logistics network design, distribution strategies, or transportation optimization.
• Experience with data/analytics to drive decision‑making; exposure to AI or advanced analytics in supply chain.
• Exposure to GenAI use cases in supply chain (scenario simulation, automation of planning insights).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead logistics-focused consulting workstreams, delivering data-driven insights and AI-enabled recommendations.
• Design and optimize end-to-end logistics networks using advanced analytics and scenario modeling.
• Apply AI/GenAI capabilities to enhance demand sensing and real-time decision-making.
• Translate client challenges into executable transformation roadmaps.
• Drive cost-to-serve optimization, service level enhancement, and inventory flow improvements.
• Collaborate with planning, procurement, and manufacturing to enable integrated solutions.
• Support client stakeholders through diagnostics, design, and implementation oversight.
• Contribute to thought leadership and market offerings in AI-enabled logistics.
