Job summary

Suvoda is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant for US East Coast remote work. You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to understand client needs and craft compelling demonstrations of Suvoda products.

In this role you will lead customer discovery, tailor demos to study requirements, and present clear value propositions. Travel for client meetings and conferences is required, with flexible after-hours coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years in a Solutions Consulting role within the eClinical industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and understand a clinical protocol.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements as needed.

Responsibilities

• Work as internal subject matter expert during the sales process, collaborating with sales reps, marketing, and product teams
• Collaborate with sales reps to conduct customer discovery and create meeting strategy, including win themes
• Implement and maintain demo systems with internal teams
• Provide creative solutions for a customer’s business objectives and system needs
• Design and implement custom solutions for client demos and meetings
• Develop and deliver system presentations and demonstrations for Suvoda products
• Provide pre-sales support for potential customers
• Clearly present the features, benefits, and value of Suvoda technologies
• Understand the eClinical space and how Suvoda fits in the industry
• Provide sales support at industry conferences
• Travel to client meetings, demos, and conferences, including after-hours and weekends as necessary

Responsibilities:

• Work as internal subject matter expert during the sales process, collaborating with sales reps, marketing, and product teams
• Work closely with sales reps to conduct customer discovery and create meeting strategy, including identifying win themes and study-specific design considerations
• Work with the internal teams to implement and maintain demo systems
• Responsible for providing creative solutions for a customer’s business objectives and system needs
• Manage the design and implementation of any custom solutions in support of client demos/meetings
• Develop and deliver system presentations and demonstrations for all Suvoda products
• Work with sales reps to provide pre-sales support for potential customers
• Clearly present the features, benefits, and value of all Suvoda technologies
• Understand the eClinical space on a broader level and how Suvoda’s products fit in the industry
• Provide sales support at industry conferences
• Travel to client meetings, demos, and conferences, including travel after-hours and on weekends, as necessary

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of experience in a Solutions Consulting role in the eClinical industry
