Job summary

Suvoda seeks a proactive Proposals & Pricing Specialist to support bid efforts for clinical trial technology solutions in the United States. Responsibilities

• Update and maintain pricing model to support proposal efforts.
• Research and analyze historical pricing data for presentation to management.
• Compile costs, schedule, and technical elements for proposals based on clinical protocols and RFP specs.
• Compile costs and technical elements for change orders from Sales Rep requirements.
• Report on progress, metrics, and issues for all proposal efforts to management.
• Update, organize and maintain RFI response library to support RFI responses.
• Coordinate and author RFI responses per specifications.
• Liaise with Finance on pricing and billing inquiries.

Job description

It is imperative that Suvoda staff working with clients, end-users, or the systems that client and end-users interact with understand the clinical trial industry, regulations, Suvoda's software products and processes, and especially the specificities of the unique trial in question before taking any actions they may alter the data of the system in question.

Responsibilities:

• Update and maintain pricing model to support proposal efforts;
• Research and analyze historical pricing data for presentation to management;
• Compile costs, schedule, and technical elements in the development of proposals based on clinical protocols and in accordance with request for proposal (RFP) specifications;
• Compile costs and technical elements in the development of change orders based on requirements provided by Sales Rep;
• Report on progress, metrics, and issues for all proposal efforts to management;
• Update, organize and maintain RFI response library to support RFI response efforts;
• Coordinate and author RFI responses in accordance with RFI specifications;
• Liaise with Finance Department on any pricing/billing inquiries;

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree required, in the field of Business Administration preferred;
• 2-5 years of related proposals experience;
• 1-3 years Pharmaceutical experience required, eClinical technologies experience preferred;
• Experience with CRM solutions preferred;
• Interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills;
