Job summary

Anderson Technologies in Ballwin, MO, seeks a Solutions Architect / Tier 3 Engineer to own the deepest technical escalations and design cloud, network, and infra solutions for client projects. Hybrid architect‑and‑engineer role focuses on high‑stakes issues, scalable designs, and mentoring engineers.

You will work with the VP of IT Operations, service desk, and delivery teams to raise practice standards and ensure successful client onboarding and migrations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in an MSP or IT services environment with increasing responsibility.
• Deep hands-on expertise Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure.
• Strong networking fundamentals: LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, DNS, VoIP.
• Proven experience with tenant, email, and file-share migrations.
• Working proficiency with PSA and RMM tooling (Autotask, ConnectWise, Kaseya, NinjaOne, Datto RMM).
• Excellent root-cause troubleshooting and permanent resolution mindset.
• Clear, client-ready written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as final escalation point for complex issues beyond Tier 1/2.
• Diagnose and resolve Microsoft 365/Azure networking and outages.
• Lead root-cause analyses and document fixes for knowledge base.
• Architect cloud/hybrid/on‑prem environments to meet client needs.
• Oversee migrations, onboarding, and data integrity across platforms.
• Provide technical oversight on projects and assist with SOW scope.
