Job summary

Amazon Publisher Services (APS) is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to drive customer success at the intersection of advertising, data collaboration, and cloud services. You will join an entrepreneurial team tackling exciting challenges in digital advertising and influence across organizations.

You will own publisher integrations, advocate for customers, and help scale solutions across APS and Amazon Advertising.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in solutions architecture, software development or ad ops at top-tier programmatic bidders (SSPs or DSPs).
• 6+ years of experience in technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics.
• 5+ years of experience with browser debugging tools (e.g., Chrome Dev Tools, Charles Proxy, Wireshark).
• 5+ years of experience with client-side web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).

Responsibilities

• Own overall technical responsibility for publisher customer integrations including on-boarding, troubleshooting and scaling
• Act as a customer advocate, collaborating with product, engineering and business development to craft solutions that deliver clear value
• Drive excellence in execution and operations within APS, across partner teams within Amazon Advertising and across Amazon Divisions
• Analyze long-term vs. short-term opportunities and recommend the right trade-offs that will ultimately benefit our customers
• Produce comprehensive technical documentation to simplify and scale integrations
