Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in New York, NY is seeking a Sr. Solutions Architect to consult with publishers, streaming partners, and app developers to optimize programmatic advertising infrastructure across Prime Video.

You will design end-to-end integrations, align with cross-functional teams, and deliver scalable reference architectures, runbooks, and onboarding documentation that accelerate partner adoption.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technology domain experience (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics)
• 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures
• Experience with and deep understanding of advertising technologies (i.e., ad server, DSP)

Responsibilities

• Be the technical liaison for Prime Video Advertising's publishers, streaming partners, and app developers — expert on ad tech integrations across CTV, mobile, and web
• Design end-to-end solutions for custom ad integrations, including ad server configurations and identity signal implementations
• Partner with business and account teams as a technical consultant, translating advertising tech requirements into scalable, documented solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges for customers, including ad delivery latency and playback issues
• Champion new product requirements and synthesize customer pain points into engineering roadmaps
• Identify product opportunities and give architectural recommendations to customers and stakeholders
• Define best practices for ad tech integration patterns with reference architectures and onboarding docs
• Collaborate with Prime Video Playback, Pub Tech, Amazon Ads, and platform engineering teams for alignment
