Job summary

Innominds is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to lead strategic engagements in Semiconductor, Embedded Systems, and Connected Devices. You will translate complex customer needs into scalable engineering solutions, spanning from pre-silicon to post-silicon stages, and collaborate with sales to win large digital engineering programs.

The role demands deep technical breadth across hardware, firmware, software, cloud, and AI, with strong executive communication and commercial acumen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 15–20 years of experience in Semiconductor, Embedded Systems, Connected Devices, or Digital Engineering.
• 5+ years in Solution Architecture, Consulting, Technical Sales, or Customer Solutioning.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops with engineering, product, and executives; build trusted CTO relationships.
• Design end-to-end engineering solutions and roadmaps from concept to deployment.
• Qualify opportunities with Sales; lead technical discussions; prepare RFP/RFI responses and SOWs.
• Support pricing, proposals, and negotiations; build estimates for customers.
• Transition won deals to delivery teams; ensure architectural governance and risk mitigation.
• Oversee post-silicon activities including validation, lab automation, and system integration.
