Job summary

ENSCO Inc is a diverse engineering and technology company providing engineering, science and advanced technology solutions with a global footprint. The Space Force program focuses on end-to-end satellite ground systems built on commercial cloud architectures and multi-band antennas.

The Solutions Architect will join a team delivering rapid prototyping, cyber operations support, and system-of-systems integration.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in IT, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science or relevant engineering and 10+ years of experience.
• Knowledge of risk management processes.
• Knowledge of computer networking concepts, protocols and network security methodologies.
• Knowledge of data aggregation and distributed system architectures.
• Knowledge of ground system architectures for DoD, Federal and Commercial.
• Knowledge of IT security principles and methods (firewalls, DMZ, encryption).
• Knowledge of software engineering and cybersecurity principles in software development.
• Ability to implement Zero Trust security in DoD systems/software.
• Active DoD TS/SCI security clearance and U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Provide systems engineering and integration support for satellite communications network systems including TT&C, scheduling, communications, and related systems.
• Perform architecture engineering, requirements analysis and decomposition, including system performance testing and verification.
• Analyze user needs to plan architecture and evaluate designs through trade studies.
