Qualifications

• Requires Top-Secret clearance and SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant STEM or Management field with 12+ years of experience, or 10 years with Masters or 7 years with PhD.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end technical solutions supporting satellite ground systems, mission operations, and enterprise services.
• Translate operational and customer requirements into scalable system architectures and implementation strategies.
• Collaborate with systems engineering, cybersecurity, software development, and infrastructure teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible and aligned with mission objectives.
• Evaluate existing system architectures and recommend modernization strategies for cloud, hybrid, and distributed computing environments.
• Define integration approaches for new capabilities across mission systems, software applications, infrastructure, and external interfaces.
• Support system architecture reviews, technical interchange meetings, design reviews, and engineering working groups.
• Identify technical risks, integration challenges, and architectural dependencies with mitigation strategies.
• Ensure solution designs incorporate cybersecurity best practices, Zero Trust principles, and applicable DoD security requirements.
• Support development of technical documentation, architecture products, CONOPS, and engineering artifacts.
• Provide technical guidance throughout solution implementation to ensure alignment with architectural objectives and customer requirements.
