Capio Group is seeking an experienced Solution Architect for a remote, full-time role. You will design scalable SaaS architectures for licensing, permitting, inspections, and enforcement, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce-based solutions and secure data exchanges.

You will lead metadata-driven configurations, cloud security, and API-first integrations with city systems, ensuring governance and robust auditability across the platform.

Qualificações

• Minimum three (3) years of relevant government experience with large budgets or populations.
• Three (3) years of Salesforce solutions experience in jurisdictions with permitting, inspections, and code enforcement.
• Three (3) years of oversight of Salesforce functional implementation activities.
• Experience leading enterprise systems implementations in government using Salesforce ecosystem.
• Three (3) years of experience with cannabis licensing platforms for public sector use.
• Three (3) years of metadata-driven, low-code cannabis licensing platforms experience.
• Three (3) years of data migration leadership from legacy systems.
• Three (3) years of API-first data exchange platforms with external systems.
• Three (3) years of support/training for public-sector licensing systems.
• Three (3) years of accounts receivable support for public-sector licensing.

Responsabilidades

• Design scalable, secure SaaS architecture for licensing, permitting, and enforcement operations.
• Lead Salesforce-based solutions including workflows, data models, and security controls.
• Develop metadata-driven configurations for dynamic forms and licensing workflows.
• Establish cloud security architectures aligned with FedRAMP/SOC 2 and AWS/Azure environments.
• Design secure RESTful APIs and data exchange with City applications and GIS.
• Define enterprise data models, dictionaries, and audit trails.
• Plan data profiling, mapping, migration, validation, and reconciliation.
• Ensure governance, upgrade impact analysis, and alignment with business rules.
• Collaborate with government SMEs to support cannabis licensing ordinances and fee management.
• Implement controls for permissions, separation of duties, audit logging, and transaction integrity.
