Job summary

Levata, North America’s leading provider of barcode, mobile computing, point-of-sale, and RFID solutions, is expanding its team with a Senior Solutions Architect to design, develop, and recommend products and solutions for customers across industries.

You will lead technical pre-sales, present demos onsite, collaborate with Sales and Professional Services, and stay current on RFID, AIDC, mobility, printing, and related technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8 years of technical pre-sales or technical architecting experience.
• Stay up to date on products, market conditions, and trends through literature, seminars, and online training.
• Proven project management skills.
• Proven success selling technology solutions and services.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; able to work with sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for technical pre-sales support on a wide breadth of Barcodes solutions across industries.
• Speak confidently about Barcodes products and services, including SLAs and capabilities.
• Perform onsite customer-facing presentations.
• Be SME on RFID, AIDC, Mobility, Printing and related categories.
• Identify and propose solutions for asset management, inventory, and mobility.
• Partner with sales to grow services, software, and hardware offerings.
• Provide training to the sales team on professional services.
