Immersive Labs is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to drive the West Coast market from a remote base. You will lead pre‑sales engagements, deliver deep technical demonstrations, and collaborate with sales, product, and engineering to secure the technical win.

The role emphasizes long-term customer success, alignment with cybersecurity initiatives, and programmatic outcomes. Occasional travel within the West Coast is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years work experience in information security practitioner or solution consulting, including pre-sales.
• Experience presenting to C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on knowledge of Windows & Linux, security tools, cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Identify and define prospective customers’ technical requirements and use-cases to align Immersive Lab’s value proposition.
• Engage executives and technical stakeholders with in-depth demonstrations and manage proof-of-concepts.
