Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer facing roles with a bias toward pre-sales.
• Experience with 0-to-1 GTM motions at early-stage or new product launches.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to create structure where none exists.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across business, engineering, and data science.
• Familiarity with UX design tools (Figma, Adobe, Paper).
• Proven enterprise IT solutions and integrations experience.
• Experience managing multi-party integration partnerships across lenders, dealers, and end customers.
• Understanding channel partner ecosystems and balancing partner, lender, and consumer needs.

Responsibilities

• Establish a technical and strategic understanding of Nova Credit's implementation operations.
• Learn the go-to-market motion and 0-to-1 initiatives, including automotive expansion.
• Run first client meetings and advance technical dimensions of deals.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to shape pre-sales strategy and with Deployment Leads post-sales implementations.
• Define technical decisions and collateral to maximize business value.
• Launch or close first customer engagements and scale the SA function.
