Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in technical engineering leadership roles, including leading technically varied, medium sized teams to successful deliveries on complex engineering programs.
• 2+ years of experience leading and growing a technically varied team and continued mentorship.
• 2+ years of experience architecting solutions leveraging a multitude of CSfC Capability Packages (CP).
• 2+ years of experience architecting and designing complex DoD systems, including networking, switching, and VPN technologies for remote access solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, test, and deployment of National Security Systems (NSS).
• Provide ad-hoc subject matter expertise to bolster CSfC solutions across markets.
• Lead capture efforts and small to medium scale proposals.
• Develop business or marketing strategies for secure mobile communications.
