Booz Allen Hamilton in Chantilly, VA seeks a Lead Solutions Architect to translate customer needs into CSfC-based, DoD-grade solutions. You will lead senior engineers across DoD, IC, and federal law enforcement markets, shaping technical direction and delivering mission-focused architectures.

This role requires active TS/SCI clearance, strong leadership, and a talent for building scalable security solutions, networking, switching, and remote access.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in technical engineering leadership roles leading medium-sized teams.
• 2+ years leading and mentoring a technically varied team.
• 2+ years architecting CSfC Capability Packages (CP).
• 2+ years architecting complex DoD systems with networking, switching, VPNs for remote access.
• 2+ years leading the design, test, and deployment of National Security Systems (NSS).
• Architect role providing SME to bolster CSfC solutions.
• Leading capture efforts and proposals.
• Knowledge of secure mobile communications business/marketing strategies.
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph.
• HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of technical CSfC solutions for DoD, IC, and Federal markets.
• Provide ad-hoc SME support to CSfC solutions across markets.
• Lead capture efforts and proposal development.
• Maintain relationships with industry to drive next-gen CSfC concepts.
