Qualifications

• 8+ years leading teams across federal civilian IT environments as a solutions architect
• 5+ years designing, developing, configuring, and delivering COTS software for enterprise security
• 5+ years interfacing with senior government, including GS-15, CISO, CIO
• 3+ years managing technical integration and solution delivery for federal civilian clients
• 2+ years IT security operations, including information assurance and interoperability
• Knowledge of Zero Trust solutions, roadmaps, and DoD Zero Trust Reference Architecture
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
• HS diploma or GED
• Ability to obtain DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II Certification within 30 days
• Ability to obtain DoD 8570.01-M CSP Infrastructure Certification within 30 days

Responsibilities

• Lead the visioning, technical architecture, development, and implementation of strategic cybersecurity solutions
• Work with government clients and industry partners to translate complex requirements into cyber solutions
• Lead the development of intellectual capital and drive proposal efforts to grow new business areas
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define missions and craft secure, scalable architectures
• Oversee security operations, risk assessments, and compliance with standards
