Qualifications

• 8+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience.
• 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience.
• 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and own end-to-end customer solutions by understanding business context, clarifying assumptions, and architecting systems that balance reliability, security, performance, and cost optimization.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, building relationships with senior leaders and guiding their technology strategy to align short-term decisions with long-term business outcomes.
• Lead technical discussions with customer teams, diving deep into design choices, best practices, and use cases while proactively identifying high-risk or overly complex solution options and engaging the right expert resources when needed.
• Develop and deliver thought leadership content — including sample code, presentations, white papers, and workshops — that educates customers on technology strategy and contributes reusable patterns and reference designs for the broader architect community.
• Collaborate with internal teams across sales, engineering, professional services, and support to accelerate solution adoption, gather product feedback, and translate customer needs into clear requirements for product and engineering teams.
