Qualifications

• 8+ years in software, cloud, infrastructure, security, or data roles.
• 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
• 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in software or internet industries.

Responsibilities

• Design and own end-to-end customer solutions by understanding business context and architecting systems balancing reliability, security, performance, and cost.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, guiding technology strategy to align decisions with business outcomes.
• Lead technical discussions, explore design choices, best practices, and use cases with stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver thought leadership content—sample code, presentations, white papers, and workshops.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, professional services, and support to accelerate solution adoption and translate needs into requirements.
