Qualifications

• 8+ years of technology domain experience (software development, cloud, systems engineering, security, networking, data & analytics)
• 3+ years of design/implementation/consulting in applications and infrastructures
• 10+ years IT development or consult/implementation in software or Internet industries

Responsibilities

• Design and own end-to-end customer solutions by understanding business context and architecting systems balancing reliability, security, performance, and cost
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, guiding technology strategy
• Lead technical discussions and trade-offs with customer teams and engage experts as needed
• Develop and deliver thought leadership content (sample code, white papers, workshops)
• Collaborate with internal teams across sales, engineering, professional services, and support to accelerate solution adoption and translate needs into requirements
