Job summary

Gifthealth is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to be the technical voice for our pharma manufacturer partners. You will lead discovery, design solutions, and own early scoping to ensure alignment with platform vision and operational standards.

You will collaborate with Implementation, Client Success, and Product teams to translate open-ended asks into tangible designs, demos, and prototypes, while maintaining credibility with sophisticated partners.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years in solutions consulting, solutions architecture, sales engineering, or technical pre-sales.
• Experience leading technical discovery, scoping, and solution conversations.
• Track record designing solutions on a software platform with APIs and integrations.
• Experience with pharma manufacturer partnerships or healthcare workflows.
• Ability to turn partner asks into coherent designs aligned with platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and scoping conversations with partners, pairing with Implementation and Client Success in live client sessions.
• Own the technical relationship with the partner at the start of each engagement cycle, including architecture discussions, integration approaches, and feasibility questions.
• Turn open-ended partner asks into a coherent solution design that fits the Gifthealth platform.
• Give partners honest, credible guidance on what is possible and trade-offs.
• Build and deliver demos, walkthroughs, and lightweight prototypes for partners.
• Hand off finalized solution designs to Product with context and rationale.
• Surface patterns from partner conversations to inform Product and leadership.
• Use AI tools to create repeatable assets, templates, and standards.
• Partner with Engineering, Implementation, Client Success, and Commercial teams to stay deliverable.
