Job summary

Gifthealth Inc. is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to act as the technical voice for pharmaceutical manufacturer partners, leading discovery and solution design at the start of engagements and ensuring alignment with platform capabilities.

You will work with Implementation and Client Success, shaping solutions, and delivering demos while hand‑offs go to Product for ownership and roadmap input. Strong architecture and client-facing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in solutions consulting, solutions architecture, sales engineering, or technical pre-sales for software/services.
• Experience leading technical discovery, scoping, and solution conversations with clients.
• Track record of designing solutions on a software platform, incl. APIs, data flows, and system architecture.
• Demonstrated outcomes (deals, adoption, retention, expansion) and business impact.
• Experience with pharma manufacturer partnerships, patient support programs, hub services, or access programs (preferred).
• Experience in healthcare, digital pharmacy, or patient access (preferred).
• Experience working with implementation and client success teams through onboarding and early delivery (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and scoping conversations with partners alongside cross-functional teams.
• Own the technical relationship at the start of each engagement, including architecture discussions and integrations.
• Translate partner asks into a coherent solution design that fits Gifthealth platform and considers dependencies and data flows.
• Provide credible guidance on what is possible, what is not, and trade-offs, pushing back when needed.
• Build and deliver demos, walkthroughs, and lightweight prototypes.
• Hand off finalized solution designs to Product with context and rationale.
• Surface patterns and signals from partner conversations to guide future platform opportunities.
• Use AI tools to create repeatable assets, templates, and standards for consistency.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Implementation, Client Success, and Commercial teams to ensure deliverability and alignment with partner outcomes.
