Gifthealth Inc. is seeking a Solutions Consultant to act as the technical voice for pharmaceutical manufacturer partners, guiding discovery and solution design at the start of the partner lifecycle.

You will work with Product, Implementation, and Client Success to translate open-ended requests into platform-aligned solutions and clear roadmaps. Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related field.
• 4 years in a technical, client-facing role such as solutions consulting, architecture, sales engineering, implementation, integration or professional services.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, data flows, and system architecture.
• Ability to translate open-ended conversations into structured notes and viable solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in technical discovery and scoping conversations with partners.
• Own the technical relationship with the partner on assigned engagements including architecture questions and integration approaches.
• Turn open-ended partner asks into solution designs that fit Gifthealth platform.
• Provide honest guidance on feasibility and trade-offs to partners.
• Build and deliver demos, walkthroughs, and lightweight prototypes for proposed solutions.
• Hand off designs to Product with context for implementation.
• Capture partner signals for future platform opportunities and share with Product.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate solution design and create repeatable assets.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Implementation, Client Success, and Commercial teams to keep solutions realistic.
