Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in telecommunications, data centers, or a related industry.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and work outside standard business hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Gathering customer requirements and supporting solution development.
• Acting as a technical interface between customers and internal engineering teams.
• Coordinating prototype efforts and leading field trials for new products.
• Delivering training to customers, design teams, and contractors.

Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to distinguish color-coded cabling and optical fiber components

Project management or project coordination experience

Strong knowledge of fiber optic products

Education

BS in Engineering Related Studies (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Optics)
