• Deep enterprise data architecture experience: distributed systems, streaming, lakehouse, governance.
• Expert Databricks Platform knowledge (or equivalent with rapid learning).

Responsibilities

• Drive technical and consumption strategy for the most complex customer engagements.
• Own senior-level technical relationships with executive stakeholders.
• Lead complex architecture engagements: multi-workload platforms, migrations, real-time systems, AI/ML at scale.
• Act as an Expert on the Databricks Platform and mentor others across the team.
• Develop competitive strategies and position Databricks vs competitors.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
• Coach junior SAs on depth, engagements, and use case prioritization.
• Contribute to Field Engineering thought leadership through content and workshops.
