Job summary
Paychex is hiring for a senior architectural leadership role in Irving, TX. The role leads technical strategy across multiple products, sets architectural direction, and ensures agile teams follow established design methodologies to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Development or related discipline.
- Master's Degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in design and development of orchestration/integration components using middleware technologies; experience with loosely coupled or SOA architectures.
- 10+ years of experience in designing, building and deploying highly scalable web and/or mobile based enterprise applications.
- Experience transforming an On-premises SAAS application into Cloud.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical and architectural leadership within a portfolio of products and agile teams.
- Define software architectural approach and high-level design for teams while delivering project goals on time.
- Develop future state architectures, roadmaps, standards, and SOA practices across portfolios.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to educate, reach consensus, and align portfolio goals.
