Qualifications

• 8+ years in solutions architecture or senior customer-facing technical roles.
• Expert-level coding in Python, SQL; Spark/PySpark preferred.
• Deep enterprise data architecture: distributed systems, streaming, lakehouse.
• Expert-level Databricks Platform knowledge or equivalent depth.
• Experience influencing executive stakeholders on data/AI strategy.
• Experience with real-time architectures, large migrations, or AI platforms.
• Likes publishing thought leadership or has prior top-tier experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical and consumption strategy for complex engagements.
• Own senior-level technical relationships; serve as trusted advisor.
• Lead multi-workload architectures, migrations, real-time systems, AI/ML at scale.
• Mentor junior SAs (L3–L5) and contribute to field engineering content.
• Develop competitive strategies and position against rivals.
