Sompo is seeking a Solutions Architect to join our IT team. You will design end-to-end technology solutions that align with business objectives, architecture standards, security requirements, and operational needs.

The role collaborates across business and technology teams to translate requirements into scalable, secure, and resilient solutions, guiding the full delivery lifecycle and ensuring alignment to enterprise standards.

Formación

• Experience in designing end-to-end technology solutions that align with business objectives and enterprise standards.
• Strong understanding of security requirements and governance in solution design.
• Ability to lead architecture discussions across diverse teams and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Design end-to-end technology solutions across insurance, reinsurance, and corporate apps, integrations, data, infrastructure, and security.
• Translate business goals and requirements into architecture and design artifacts.
• Develop high-level and detailed solution designs with defined components and interfaces.
• Ensure designs address scalability, resilience, performance, maintainability, and supportability.
• Define options, evaluate trade-offs, and recommend preferred approaches based on value, fit, cost, and risk.
• Provide project approaches and plans, and support project planning.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards, patterns, and roadmaps.
• Provide architectural leadership throughout the project lifecycle from ideation to implementation and transition to support.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, security, QA, and operations teams to ensure designs are executed effectively.
• Review implementations for adherence to approved architecture.
