Hidden Level is transforming airspace safety with drone detection and airspace technology. We seek a mission-driven Solutions Architect to join our Products and Programs team, acting as a cross‑functional force multiplier for proposals, demonstrations, and customer engagements.

This role requires travel 25-30% (domestic and international) and on-site SME leadership for DoD and enterprise customers. Syracuse, NY hybrid; remote work is considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical discipline.
• 7+ years of experience with at least 3 years in RF sensing, ground-based radar, C-UAS, ISR, or related tech.
• Proven success in technical proposal writing and solution architecture.
• Strong leadership with cross-functional influence and roadmap alignment.
• In-field testing, validation, and demonstration experience.
• Excellent verbal communication with senior government customers.
• Eligible for a U.S. security clearance (or current clearance preferred).
• Ability to travel 25-30% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical solutioning and mission architecture for customer opportunities.
• Authorship of technical volumes for RFI/RFP responses and white papers.
• Translate complex concepts into customer-aligned solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Product on win themes.
• Lead product demos, live flight events, and customer trials as SME.
• Provide technical direction to cross-functional teams for demonstrations.
• Support business development from shaping to final submission.
