Job summary

CDW LLC is seeking a Senior Solution Architect Dell for field-based technical pre-sales, focusing on Dell-centric infrastructure solutions for our customers. This role provides consultative guidance, supports Dell product sales, and builds strategic relationships to grow our Dell services business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years in technical pre-sales.
• Experience designing and architecting Dell infrastructure solutions.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Develop Dell-centric assessment and service solutions for CDW customers, including architecture, optimizations, health checks, deployment services, and advisory services.
• Collaborate with customers, delivery teams, and internal sales to plan strategy and author SOWs aligned to Dell offerings.
• Analyze technical and competitive considerations to meet customer goals and craft Dell-based solutions.
• Maintain strategic relationships with customers and sales to grow Dell services business.
• Grow influence in territory through engagement with Dell, partners, customers, and Sales as a strategic advisor.
• Act as SME across Dell families and contribute to marketing activities (LinkedIn, blogs, publications).
• Drive outreach, enablement, coaching, and mentoring for other Solution Architects and Field Sellers.
