Qualifications

• 6+ years in solutions architecture, data engineering, technical pre‑sales, or a senior hands‑on technical role.
• Strong coding proficiency in Python and SQL — live coding, debugging, and solution‑building skills.
• Deep expertise in distributed data systems architecture: scalable pipelines, streaming, lakehouse patterns.
• Proficient on the Databricks Platform with developing technical specialization in one area.
• Proven ability to lead architecture discussions with senior technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end technical strategy for accounts from discovery to production deployment.
• Lead complex architecture discussions spanning data engineering, ML/AI, and real‑time analytics.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customer architects and engineering leaders.
• Drive technical wins by demonstrating Databricks differentiation through custom solutions.
• Develop an emerging technical specialization and become a go‑to resource for the team.
