ExtraHop is seeking a Solutions Architect to join our Solutions Architecture team, focusing on outcomes and customer success across industries. You’ll tackle the most difficult business and technology problems and drive impact for customers, products, and market position.

As a Solutions Architect, you will design cloud network solutions, contribute to proactive data analyses, and create automated tools that streamline processes while delivering tangible, real-time insights for hybrid

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in customer-facing roles; excellent interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of core networking principles (OSI 2–4) and application protocols (HTTP, SQL, CIFS/NFS, HL7, Memcache, DNS).
• Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Independence, motivation, and desire for practice ownership.

Responsibilities

• Advanced GUI development
• Intermediate understanding of networking
• Intermediate understanding of application design
• Understand, develop, and implement Cloud network design in AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Work with SOC and Incident Response Teams on workflows using network data. Decrease Mean-time-to-Respond.
• Develop customized data analysis to monitor changing technical and business conditions in real-time.
• Create rich data visualizations to aid tactical investigations and realize strategic objectives.
• Create automated tools to streamline repeatable processes and maximize time spent building intelligent solutions.
• Conduct hands-on learning sessions with key customer personnel.
