Job summary

The World Bank Group in Washington, DC seeks an Associate Senior Solutions Architect to translate business needs into secure, scalable architectures for AI-enabled digital workspaces and mobile experiences.

You will lead architecture from discovery through delivery, embedding enterprise standards and responsible AI principles, while guiding multidisciplinary teams to deliver lasting value for corporate users across the organization.

Qualifications

Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.
8+ years of IT/architecture experience in large enterprises.
Hands-on contribution to production solutions and deployment.
Experience leading cross-functional/global teams with governance.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end architectures for personalized digital workspaces and corporate services.
Design mobile and web experiences across platforms with security and scalability.
Architect AI-enabled, automated, and governance-focused solutions.
Guide delivery teams from prototype to deployment and ensure enterprise standards.
Align architecture decisions with business goals and measure value realization.
Coach peers and strengthen cross-team collaboration.
