Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Public Policy or related field.
• Strong knowledge of digital skills and AI in development.
• Experience producing knowledge products and toolkits.
• Ability to work with multiple teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop national AI skills mappings and strategies for countries.
• Create practical toolkits and implementation frameworks for governments.
• Support the design of demand-driven AI skills programs and curricula alignment.
• Coordinate across TTLs and partner organizations to ensure coherence of digital skills programming.
• Produce webinars, knowledge products, and policy outputs to advance the jobs agenda.
