Qualifications

• Expertise in core platforms like Zendesk, Zoom CX, Workato, or Observe.ai.
• Experience designing AI systems and understanding AI governance.
• Strong fluency with APIs and integration architecture.
• Ability to mentor teammates and clear communication skills.

Responsibilities
